Three Tiered Jerky Baking Racks

A great solution for baking larger batches of jerky in a home oven is to use stack-able wire baking sheets. The three tier baking/cool racking from Weston is the perfect solution. The sheet pan below the wire racks will catch any drippings and you can layer three wire racks with jerky. The room between each rack is enough for good air flow during the dehydration process.
